HOW TO USE

Shake bottle before use to emulsify water and oil ingredients. Apply to a cotton pad and gently swipe over eye and lip area to remove make-up.

For stubborn or waterproof mascara, gently hold over closed eyelids for a few seconds to gently dissolve product.
